The Pop Star Embraces a Twisted Persona of Herself in Mockumentary Teaser
The celebrated musician is getting ready for a substantial cinematic onslaught in 2026, kicking off with the satirical film titled The Moment.
Within the project, she portrays what she calls as a twisted version of her public image.
It’s the most authentic portrayal of the entertainment world that I’ve ever encountered, the star commented.
She further explained in a conversation: It’s far from a live performance documentary, yet the concept stemmed from the expectation to produce one.
An Early Look into The Film
The debut trailer, unveiled on this week, blends real clips from her live performances with fictionalized backstage scenes.
The mockumentary is overseen and co-authored by her collaborator, who revealed that the plot revolves around a reality where the artist opted for alternate decisions during the marketing of her chart-topping release Brat.

Next February will also see the release of the filmmaker’s version of Wuthering Heights, which will showcase original songs from the singer.
She will also provide music for the story Mother Mary, featuring Anne Hathaway and Michaela Coel, set to be released soon.
The Moment is scheduled to debut on the 30th of January.
